Due to the impact of Typhoon Hagibis, which landed on October 12, 2019, heavy rain over a wide area of Eastern Japan has resulted in the inundation of buildings, flooding of rivers and landslides causing death, injury and major damage in many locations.
Our sympathies are with those suffering the devastating effects of this disaster and we hope that normal conditions are restored as soon as possible. In an effort to help the recovery of affected areas as soon as possible, the Japan Culture and Arts Festival is quickly organising a fundraising campaign with donations and an Instant prize draws on the day of the Japan Culture and Arts Festival.
Recipients of donations are currently being chosen and will be reported as soon as they are determined. We look forward to your support.

日本文化芸術祭よりお知らせ
令和元年(2019年)10月12日に上陸した台風19号の影響で、東日本において広域に記録的な大雨となり河川の氾濫による建物の浸水や土砂崩れをはじめ、各地で人的被害を含む大きな被害が報告されています。 この災害により亡くなられた方のご冥福を祈るとともに、被災された皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
被災地域の一日も早い復興を願い日本文化芸術祭では被災地への支援金を集めるために、急遽募金活動およびチャリティくじの販売を日本文化芸術祭開催日に実施し、その収益を支援金として日本へ送りたいと思っております。
寄付先に関しては現在選定中ですので、決まり次第改めてご報告させていただきます。
